At Breanna's House of Joy (BHJ), we believe a key way to develop a heart of worship in children is through music! Each child registered in the program is encouraged to learn to play at least one musical instrument, and our teachers and staff are thrilled to spend time helping the children sharpen their musical skills (even if it does get a little noisy sometimes!)
"Playing music is more than just a skill—it is a journey of faith, where voices rise in worship, confidence is rooted in grace, and melodies become prayers to God," says Ken, the primary music teacher.
Every Saturday at BHJ, we spend two hours creating music for God. From this lively time together, some children have even begun leading worship for the entire class!
Hear from of our students below about the joy they have found in their weekly music classes!
