A Beautiful Day of Baptism at Breanna's House of Joy!

On Sunday, October 26th, we had the joy of celebrating a truly special moment. Four of our girls were baptized from BHJ! It was an exciting and deeply moving day for those gathered together to witness these precious young women, who have grown up in the BHJ community, take this beautiful step of faith.

For each of them, baptism wasn’t just a ceremony, it was a declaration. A powerful outward expression of an inward faith. A testimony of God’s gentle, steady work in their hearts over the years. And for those watching, it was a reminder of God’s continued faithfulness to our BHJ family.

Before this day, the girls attended baptism class, spending time learning what it means to be baptized. Their decision came from a place of understanding, desire, and personal conviction. That’s what makes this milestone so meaningful, they weren’t simply following a tradition, they were responding to God’s love in their own lives.

As a community, we want to pause and celebrate this incredible moment. Their baptism is a public declaration of new life in Christ and a reflection of the transformation we exist to nurture as a foundation. These are the stories we pray for. These are the moments we work toward.

Seeing lives changed, hearts renewed, and young people choosing to walk boldly in their faith is the heartbeat of our mission. And on this beautiful Sunday, we were reminded once again why we do what we do.

We thank God for each of these young women and for the story He is writing in their lives. May this be just the beginning of many more steps of faith to come.
